order cancellation

In stock items normally ship within 2 - 7 business days after an order has been placed. If you order by credit card your card will be charged at the time of transaction.

We will accept cancellation of your order for items that have not shipped or that have been ordered via 'forward orders'

Once the items are shipped, no cancellation will be accepted, but you may return the goods to Life.interiors distribution center for a refund. However, you will be responsible for ALL shipping & insurance costs to you and return shipping & insurance costs to our distribution center.
